Dr Lo recently presented his work entitled “Identifying Rotator Cuff Tear Patterns And Advanced Releases” at the Arthroscopy Association Annual Specialty Day on Feb 11, 2012, in San Francisco, CA. This presentation highlighted the often confusing procedure of identifying tear patterns during rotator cuff repair and the technique of interval slides for advancing and mobilizing massive tears of the rotator cuff.

Dr Lo Presents At American Academy Of Orthopaedic Surgeons Annual Meeting

Dr Lo recently presented his work entitled “Partial thickness rotator cuff tears: observe or operate?” at the 2012 Annual Meeting of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons on Feb 7, 2012 in San Francisco, CA. This study evaluated relative success of non-operative treatment of partial thickness rotator cuff tears and the various clinical factors which were associated with success of non-operative treatment. In addition, MRIs were used to evaluated mid-term anatomic follow-up of the rotator cuff. This annual meeting is the largest gathering of Orthopaedic Surgeons in the world with over 10,000 participants.

Dr Lo Traveling To American Shoulder And Elbow Surgeons Meeting

Dr Lo will be traveling this week to the Closed Meeting of the American Shoulder and Elbow Surgeons at the Greenbrier in White Sulphur Springs, West Virginia. This annual members only meeting gathers the top shoulder and elbow surgeons from around the world to disclose their most recent scientific findings. Dr Lo will be presenting his results on “Partial Thickness Rotator Cuff Tears: Observe or Operate”.
